School Fee Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment through the School Online Payment Gateway.
All fees paid through the School Online Payment Gateway are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or specifically approved by the School Management.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances:
- Admission Fee
- Registration Fee
- Tuition Fee
- Annual Fee
- Examination Fee
- Activity Fee
- Laboratory Fee
- Library Fee
- Sports Fee
- Transport Fee
- Hostel Fee (if applicable)
- Any other fee or charge collected by the School
2. Student Withdrawal
No refund shall be made if a student withdraws from the School after admission, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once an online payment has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled. Parents/Guardians are advised to verify all payment details before confirming the transaction.
4. Duplicate Payments
If the same fee is paid more than once due to a technical issue or user error, the excess amount will be verified by the School Accounts Department. Upon verification, the excess amount may either:
- Be adjusted against future school fees; or
- Be refunded to the original payment source, subject to School approval.
5. Failed Transactions
If an amount is deducted from the bank account but the payment is not successful, the transaction shall be governed by the policies of the concerned bank/payment gateway. Parents are requested to wait for the settlement period before contacting the School.
6. Exceptional Refunds
Any refund approved by the School Management under exceptional circumstances shall be processed only after proper verification and in accordance with applicable financial procedures.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the online payment, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Fee Refund Policy and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
